Bulgogi

Bulgogi
1 lb cube steak, cut in strips
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 carrot, grated
2 green onions, chopped

Mix marinade ingredients together. Then add meat and marinate in fridge for 24 hours. After 24 hours, stir-fry until meat is cooked through, but not dry.
