Thin Pizza Crust

A few weeks ago, a coworker told me about this pizza crust she made. And she told me again a few days later. It sounded good, so I asked for the recipe. We like to buy a frozen pizza and add more toppings, but I've never made a pizza from scratch before. Then the other day, I asked Josh what he wanted for dinner. He said pizza. We have some frozen ones in the freezer, but I decided to try out this recipe. It was DELISH!!! The recipe makes enough for 2 crust, so we each made our own, then ate half of them. Its a thin crust and I didn't think Josh would like it, but he loved it too. I tried to mix it in my Bosch mixer, but ended up having to knead it on the counter for a few minutes. Still worth it.

Pizza Crust

2 Tbsp. corn starch

Pizza sauce
Pizza toppings
